Hi! My name is Emily Rivas and I'm a first-gen Business Marketing major/ Film Studies minor at The University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as the marketing director for ALPFA at UTSA. As a Marketing student, I thrive on identifying patterns and analyzing data to find creative solutions. My experience includes filming and editing videos for various projects and crafting advertisements and other graphics that have boosted customer engagement for self-owned businesses. Currently, I contribute to the Alvarez Student Success Center at UTSA, managing the front desk, assisting students, and creating eye-catching graphics to promote campus events and Business Global Programs. In addition, I'm pursuing a minor in film studies, which provides hands-on experience in developing and filming short films, enhancing my creative repertoire. I am committed to my skill development and continuously seek opportunities to enhance my abilities and apply them to my marketing projects.
